Acceptance of oneself extends beyond simply tolerating one’s own perception of oneself.

It is embracing your behavior, attitude, and way of life, acknowledging them, and attempting to alter them. It entails accepting your physique, shielding yourself from harsh judgment, and believing in your own abilities. Growth starts when we learn to accept who we are.
