Generator
Generators are the life force energy of the world. They are designed to respond to what excites them and build mastery over time. When they follow what lights them up, they feel fulfilled. When pushed into the wrong direction, frustration shows up often as resistance or burnout.
Projector
Projectors are here to guide and see others deeply. They are not built for constant output, but for insight, direction, and leadership. When recognized and invited, they shine. Without that recognition, they can feel overlooked or burned out from trying to keep up with others.

Manifesting Generators are multi-passionate and fast-moving. They are designed to respond first, then move quickly into action often skipping steps along the way. They thrive when given flexibility and freedom to explore, and can become frustrated when forced into rigid paths.
Reflector
Reflectors are rare and deeply intuitive. They reflect the health of their environment and the people around them. They need time especially a full lunar cycle to gain clarity. When supported, they bring wisdom and perspective. When not, they can feel overwhelmed or out of place.

My Journery
This work carried me through some of the hardest parts of my life—trauma, family challenges, and the weight of things I had been holding for years. I did the work. Therapy, shadow work, deep reflection. And over time, I began to feel lighter, more aware, more grounded, more myself. But then a new question emerged: How do I move forward without carrying all of that with me?
That’s where Human Design changed everything. It gave me a way to stop circling the past and start living in alignment with who I am now. Not by ignoring what I’ve been through but by no longer letting it define how I move, decide, and relate.
I had already begun practicing Human Design when I became a mother, and it became one of the most meaningful tools I brought into my parenting. It allowed me to see each of my children as individuals with their own ways of thinking, communicating, and navigating the world. Instead of parenting from expectation, I was able to guide them based on who they truly are while also knowing when to support, challenge, and mentor them as they grew. Today, my children are adults, and I am deeply proud of the people they have become.
Human Design became the bridge between healing and living and a foundation for how I showed up not only for myself, but for my family, and that’s the work I share today.
This isn’t about unpacking the past—it’s about what comes next.

Types of Human Design
Manifestor
The Manifestor is a representative of the Power Type. Others may wait for someone or something before taking action, but they just grab the bull by the horns and navigate life independently. They always express their opinions without consulting anyone.
Generator
The Human Design Generator is the most prevalent type on Earth, accounting for over 70% of the entire population. It is not an overstatement to suggest that this type is one of the most significant. It has a remarkable ability to create energy on its own, which it uses for leading a content life.
Manifesting Generator
The Manifesting Generator is a hybrid of the original Generator and the Manifestor, combining both types' strengths and flaws in one individual. This is the most potent type in terms of potential since it has a significant energy source and capacity, allowing it to reach incredible heights.
Projector
The Projector is known as the future manager among those involved in Human Design. This type has only recently begun to grow (in terms of human history) and is progressively acquiring more control over the other kinds. They naturally possess the attributes of genuine leaders, and they lead people with expertise.
Reflector
The Reflector is the most distinctive personality type in Human Design. The Delight on the Bodygraph enables these people to interact with energy uniquely. They link with other auras with open arms, generating vital energy exchange pathways.
